I fell in love with Lisa Shroyer's (Interweave Press) Motley Mitts which is knit using just one hank of Sheep Shop Two yarn.
One Planet Yarn and Fiber has a great selection. I liked 'em so much that I have added their shop's button onto my blog's sidebar.....take a minute to check them out and click on their button.
For my mitts, I selected g123, which is very autumnal. I made them both in one night of watching the boob tube.
